CRUZCONTROL™ – CAR WASH CLOUD
Extreme Fabric Connect combines IEEE 802.1aq (Shortest Path Bridging) and IS-IS to simplify networking with Layer 2/Layer 3 virtualization, optimized routing, and IP multicast support. This next-gen technology gradually replaces legacy systems, streamlining network services. Storage is powered by Dell EMC with advanced data management for reliability. The infrastructure features redundant 10G fiber connections, UPS, backup generator (N+1 redundancy), DDoS protection, and industry-standard firewalls for security and uptime.
MCWW offers a turnkey data rack for instant connectivity to the internet and CruzControl™ Data Center. With advanced, secure network infrastructure, we provide IP phone support, managed wireless, licensed music systems, and more. All systems include our Wash API for seamless, local wash package operation without internet.
MCWW has rebuilt industrial control panels with Schneider Electric, incorporating advanced technologies like distributed controls, networked Altivar Drives, and Modicon PACs for precise remote motor control. Fully networked controllers and MCCs simplify installation, requiring only 3-phase power and network cables. Signals are diagnosed remotely and automatically by the CruzControl™ analytical engine, eliminating the need for discrete “ready signals.”
Site Track™ is the ultimate solution for car wash maintenance, with MCWW equipment pre-configured for turnkey setup. Integrated training videos and documentation enable employees to self-train on maintenance tasks. The system also streamlines operations with automated purchase orders, predictive parts replacement, and service management for optimal efficiency.
