Corrective maintenance system that allows for any user reports to be turned into actionable work orders, complete with separation of service types and priority levels. Easy to use labor tracking system that will automatically handle user input and package labor charges leaving little room for user error. Integration for third party labor records, allowing for proper accounting of external services performed on assets and facilities.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT PER LOCATION / SERVICE TRUCKS

Simple to use inventory system with automatic handling of both on-hand and on-order stock, complete with full purchase order and receipt integration. Along with a full maintenance and asset integration, SiteTrack’s inventory system allows for a smooth flow of documentation and records for all of a car wash’s inventory needs. Additionally, the integrated smart-suggestions make it easy to find most commonly used parts, as well as suggested parts for recently completed preventive and corrective maintenance orders.

System-driven PO generation that will create actionable purchase orders pending manager approval, with automated processing of received items.
