“I just wanted to pass along a compliment. We received the equipment. VERY impressive. Every crate was shrink wrapped and in perfect shape. Every crate had a number on it, every crate had a packing slip on the end of it showing exactly what was in each crate! And every box on each crate was labeled with each item in it! So organized, so clean, so easy to uncrate! We will be finishing uncrating and installing the bay equipment tomorrow (1 crate left, utility track) and so far, it has been 100% accurate! Not a single piece missing, broken or misplaced.

“We were looking to improve the sales of our top wash package ($15) and have a service that we could also sell a la carte. After making the decision to install the Dry N’ Shine, we changed our service offering and added a wash package for $18. We now offer the Dry N’ Shine on our $15 and $18 washes, and a la carte for $3.
For the first month, we included the Dry N’ Shine on every wash, to let our customers experience the product.
Prior to these changes we were selling 10% of our $15 wash. We now sell 17% of the $15 wash and 6% of the $18 wash! Our a la carte sales of the Dry N’ Shine are at 6%. 29% of our customers now purchase washes with this service.
Adding the Dry N’ Shine has accomplished everything we thought it would. Our customers love the experience and results it delivers. It has also given our wash something unique in a very competitive market.
Short and sweet –
We created a new “Top package” and added the Dry N’ Shine to my express wash and saw my ticket average increase from $6.78/car up to $8.32/car… It’s absolutely incredible!”
