The Super Duty Roller Correlator sits in-ground within a steel outer frame and a rugged steel inner sub-frame. UHMWPE plastic rollers fit over solid stainless steel axles to allow the tires of vehicles to slide sideways as the vehicles align themselves with the opening of the conveyor track.
Options Available:
- Super Duty Roller Correlator Fixed Y Section: The fixed Y Section is fabricated with rigid square steel tubing covered with UHMWPE Super Duty guide rail angle.
- Super Duty Roller Correlator Roller Y Section: The roller Y Section features UHMWPE plastic roller sleeves over round steel tubing to help drivers easily align their vehicle with the conveyor.
- Super Duty Double Roller Correlator Right Turn Roller Y Section: The double correlator frames and extended Roller Y Section allow car wash sites with a tight right turn radius (35 feet or less on a 90 degree turn or tighter) the extra ability for drivers to easily align their vehicle with the beginning of the conveyor.
- Super Duty Double Roller Correlator Left Turn Roller Y Section: The double correlator frames and extended Roller Y Section allow car wash sites with a tight left turn radius (30 feet or less on a 90 degree turn or tighter) the extra ability for drivers to easily align their vehicle with the entrance of the conveyor.
