High Inlet Temperature Refrigerated Air Dryers
Removing water, solid particulates and oil from compressed air has many benefits which all lead to increased productivity and reduced overhead costs. High Inlet Temperature Refrigerated Air Dryers are designed to work directly with reciprocating air compressors, and is ideally suited for car washes and auto service centers. The space saving design integrates a refrigerated air dryer and a particle/oil removal filter all in one compact package. There is no need for an additional after-cooler because the High Temperature Inlet Air Dryers accept air directly from a reciprocating compressor. This allows you to receive clean compressed air while saving floor space.

- Reliable 50°F pressure dew point
- Stainless steel heat exchangers accept inlet air temperatuers up to 180°F (82°C)
- Eliminates troublesome moisture in downstream lines
- Integral CFF Series Grade B coalescing filter removes solid particulates 3 microns and larger and oil
to 5 ppm
- Zero air loss condensate drains
- Enviromentally friendly R407c refrigeration system
- Instrumentation consists of simple On/Off switch and system malfunction indicator light
