Chemical Dilution Stations are normally located in the support equipment back room.

The back room is the best location since it is a clean, dry environment, which increases the longevity of the pump and control components. The back room also provides easy access for maintenance and for replacing chemical drums without interupting wash operations.

 

Single Foam Dilution Station comes with a Blue-White or MCWW Digital metering pump that delivers 3.1oz/minute of chemical solution, 3/4 inch ASCO water solenoid valve, shut off ball valve for easy maintenance, check valves to prevent back flow, ASCO regulator control and gauge for the foam generator compressed air, and a MAC air solenoid valve. It features all PVC fittings to prevent corrosion typically due to strong chemical reactions. The frame is all aluminum and mounts easily to the wall with two keyhole slots.

 

Single Dilution Stations deliver pre-mixed, pre-diluted chemical solution right to the applicator. This is a popular dilution station since the chemical solution being delivered to the applicator is consistently mixed and diluted to the level which you choose. The air operated pump also ensures that the solution is delvered to the applicator at a constant pressure. No pressure fluctuations. These  dilution stations come with a flo-jet G-57 air operated pump, a removable hanging polyethylene 4-1/2 gallon tank, a hydrominder float valve with a vacuum breaker, individual regulator control and a gauge for the air-pump and a MAC air solenoid valve. The frame is all aluminum and mounts easily to the wall with two keyhole slots.
